Overview
Employee Progression Tool earlier known as CPS is a digital platform used by Upper Management including Directors, Ass. Directors, Sr. Manager & Managers to promote eligible direct reportees.
This tool was designed to reduce the manual work management has to do to promote an employee while also saving time and reducing the total duration spent in that process.
EPT is able to reduce the total time to 1 Week from prior 3 Weeks.
